She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Business Administration, and she earned her Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Walden University. Dr. Beatty is the owner and operator of a 120-bed assisted living community and the visionary behind the Speak Life Transformational Institute. As the founder and CEO of Speak Life Enterprises, she has developed wellness products such as Speak Life Detox Tea, Speak Life Vegan Lip Gloss, and health supplements, embodying her philosophy that “health is wealth.”
Her commitment to service extends to her nonprofit organization, which provides food and clothing to the elderly, and her leadership of the Speak Life Awards, which raise funds to assist seniors with their living arrangements and essential needs.
A survivor of childhood trauma, Dr. Beatty uses her testimony of healing and redemption to inspire others to embrace their own journeys of transformation. Her teachings, grounded in Kingdom principles, focus on healing the mind, body, and soul while empowering individuals to overcome fear and live boldly.
Dr. Beatty’s work is more than a profession—it is her calling. Her life is a testament to resilience, grace, and the power of trusting in God’s plan. She continues to speak life into everyone she encounters, guiding them toward holistic success and spiritual growth.
The term “entrepreneur” doesn’t begin to describe who she is. She is a giver. Her strong desire to empower, promote self-awareness and self-esteem throughout the community lead her to create the nonprofit organization PD, Inc. To exemplify her passion for giving, the vision God gave her to feed 1,000 people during the 2013 Thanksgiving season was exceeded above and beyond when 2,500 people were fed nationwide. Today we have fed over 10,000 people and counting world wide. Her public speaking platform, Dr. La’Ticia Nicole #SpeakLife, has allowed her to motivate others by simply speaking life into the dead areas that cause people to feel broken and angry. Dr. La’Ticia Nicole says, “My foundation is based on the word of God; and, it has been my strength to move forward in continuing to #SpeakLife to as many people that will listen.”
Dr. La’Ticia Nicole Beatty is a child of God, wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, mentor, philanthropist, sought-after motivational speaker, author and always a work in progress. La’Ticia has earned countless awards for being an humanitarian and mentor but her greatest accomplishments are her husband Antonio Beatty of nearly 25 years and their two wonderful children Antonio II and Aden Cole.
